We’re expanding our amazing marketing team and are looking for a sharp, passionate and seasoned leader to join us.  As VP of Marketing, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and oversee the global strategy, development and operation of the company’s growth, paid acquisition, product marketing, content marketing, field marketing and CRM teams. Ideally based in our America’s headquarters in NYC, so as to be able to provide optimal leadership of our team in Norway and lead our principal marketing footprint in EMEA, Asia and the Americas. 

The VP of Marketing will help us further inflect the arc of our revenue growth curve by driving the strategy and execution of our top-of-funnel lead generation and customer lifecycle marketing. You will focus on: optimizing and expanding our channel mix, improving conversion and leveling up our forecasting, tracking & reporting. The role will oversee all efforts around paid marketing, targeting, ad tech and measurement. With an eye toward building broader awareness by refining our messaging, identity and content strategy, and helping accelerate sales through thought leadership and bespoke events and industry events. This role will manage our marketing budget, media planning & buying - including SEM (Adwords, etc), paid social (Linkedin, Twitter). 

The ideal candidate is someone who has a track record of scaling growth-stage businesses who is energized by working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They are obsessed with keeping pace with the latest trends in growth marketing and are a seasoned leader who also excels at being a hands-on contributor.

Your skills

  • 8+ years of multi-channel marketing experience with a track record of exceptional results
  • Experience building marketing plans and marketing teams for new products or companies
  • Experience developing and executing a digital-heavy marketing strategy with a high degree of comfort overseeing different digital channels (e.g., paid search/social) and website optimization efforts
  • Comfort with numbers and experience working in a metrics-based management culture
  • Fluency in basic branding concepts and frameworks, with the ability to confidently participate in the development/refinement of our brand, and a track record of executing consistently against well defined brand parameters.
  • Ability to shape, refine and articulate our brand messaging and identity
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a quickly growing 5+ person team to deliver exceptional results
  • Track record of getting collaboration partners on your side, with a global company, across markets, countries and cultures.  And ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with executive team. 
  • Experience with companies in the growth stage from $10 mm ARR to over $100mm ARR.
  • You’ve lead product marketing at a high growth organization 
  • Deliver inspiring and compelling content across various formats including webinars, blogs, website, white papers, sales enablement sessions, partner training, and industry events that support the entire buyer journey
