Customer Success Manager

Your mission as our new Customer Success Manager will be to take ownership of our customers. Working as a member of the Customer Success team at SalesScreen means that you will communicate with our existing customers by phone, video and e-mail. 
You will help our customers to use SalesScreen as effectively and efficiently as possible, and make sure they are happy and feel heard. We expect you to be committed to providing excellent service, be forthcoming and flexible. In return we are committed to creating a workplace that does not feel like work at all.

What you'll do 

  • Onboard customers with tailored pieces of training based on customer needs
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and industry knowledge
  • Proactively conduct product demos, workshops and webinars
  • Serve as a key point of contact to ensure overall customer adoption and satisfaction
  • Help our customers to use SalesScreen as effectively and efficiently as possible
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues through different channels
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Pick up on wants and needs from our customers and translate those into suggestions to your colleagues in the development and sales departments

Who you are

  • 3-5 years or more of SaaS customer success experience
  • Excellent writer and communicator with strong presentation skills via phone, online and in-person
  • You have a proven ability to grow revenue in strategic relationships with clients
  • Willing to take initiative individually and within a team
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to investigate and take action to meet future and current client goals
  • Passionate about your customer's success
  • Demonstrated ability working collaboratively across the organization to achieve results important to your customers (Resales, Sales, Product, etc)
  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbally at business/software and tech level
