Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

Our new CMO will organize and lead the Marketing team, and you will be overall responsible to drive growth from organic and paid sources in SalesScreen. You will recruit resources and build the team to deliver according to SalesScreens strategy, the goals of the Marketing team and SalesScreen as a whole. 

As our CMO you will be working closely with Sales, Customer Success and our Developers to maximize growth, and you will participate and contribute in the Management team. The role will have a strong focus on lead generation using a variety of channels (both paid and organic sources). The CMO is part of the SalesScreen Management Team, reporting to the CEO.

Skillset

We think the right person has 5-8 years of experience in Marketing and growth with at least 2 years experience in managing a marketing team. You have experience in scaling a SaaS company, and scaling a Marketing team. You are analytically strong, you are knowledgable in digital marketing/content marketing and you have a strong track record for successful performance marketing and lead generation. The ideal profile will have prior experience with working in a scale-up. Women are strongly encouraged to apply!
