Customer Success Manager - French & English Speaking (Europe)

Your mission as our new Customer Success Manager will be to take ownership of our customer relationships. We expect you to be committed to providing excellent service, be forthcoming and flexible. In return we are committed to creating a workplace that does not feel like work at all. Working as a member of the Customer Success team at SalesScreen means that you will communicate with our existing customers by phone, video and e-mail. You will help our customers to use SalesScreen as effectively and efficiently as possible, and make sure they are happy, feel heard, and renew and expand their relationship with SalesScreen. 

What you'll do 

  • Understand the customers business objectives, strategies, operational sensitivities and technical capabilities - become an extension of their team
  • Serve as a key point of contact to ensure overall customer adoption and satisfaction this includes onboarding, expansions, and renewals
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and own the process to close the opportunities 
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues through different channels
  • Generate ideas for new use cases by maintaining a deep understanding our products and industry knowledge
  • Develop and own training, demos, and business review presentations to customers using value and data to guide your story and strategy 
  • Understand product wants and needs from our customers and translate those into suggestions cross functionally to the Sales and R&D Teams 

Who you are

  • Fluent in French, both written and verbally at business/software and tech level
  • 2 or more years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience 
  • Excellent writer and communicator with strong presentation skills via phone, online and in-person
  • You have a proven ability to grow revenue in strategic relationships with clients
  • Willing to take initiative individually and within a team
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to investigate and take action to meet future and current client goals
  • Passionate about your customer's success
  • Demonstrated ability working collaboratively across the organization to achieve results important to your customers(Resales, Sales, Product, etc)
