About the role

SalesScreen is looking for an experienced, dynamic, growth-oriented Demand Gen leader to create, execute, and drive online and offline programs that help build our sales pipeline. This result-oriented person will own the overall marketing demand generation strategy and vision.   


  • 5-7 years of marketing experience in a high growth SaaS organization with at least 2+ years in a demand gen function 
  • Proven experience in leading both strategy and execution of ROI-based marketing programs
  • Proven experience with account-based marketing strategies, tactics and tools
  • Deep familiarity with Marketing Automation and SFDC and ability to own marketing campaign automation
  • Excellent project management, time management and organization skills
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
  • Collaborative, flexible attitude — you thrive working in energizing, fast-paced environments


  • Lead the development, launch and ongoing optimization of new and existing marketing programs designed to drive more demand for sales.  
  • Work closely with Director of Growth, Director of Digital and Director of Content Marketing to optimize awareness and lead generation channels to insure we hit our pipeline and closed/won goals.  
  • Evaluate, select and facilitate implementation of a new marketing automation system. Develop email marketing segmentation strategy in partnership with the content team. 
  • Webcasts and events - Lead the calendar, content, speaker development and prep and end to end orchestration. Evaluate most ideal live communication formats. Work closely with content team and designer to deliver world class event marketing materials. 
  • Work closely with the director of growth to facilitate program tests on landing pages, and ad creatives. Lead orchestrator of our ad creative development, coordination, implementation.
