You are a marketing innovator, brand ambassador, ABM guru, with a strong modern visual brand aesthetic. Strategic, organized, data driven leader and developer of top marketing talent. Able to help us to continue to define and expand our category and an inseparable partner with sales that can help SalesScreen blow away our quarterly and annual revenue goals.


Requirements

Six to eight years of increased responsibility, with rotation across functions with a leading Saas organization. Experience in product marketing and/or demand gen function is a plus. 


Key 
Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy, implementation and optimization across our three key global regions 
  • Dramatically improve marketing teams ability to deliver programs faster and on time., and to test new programs with speed and scale 
  • Develop a world class brand presence across all of our public facing sites, marketing materials, events and communications to prospects and customers, with a goal of leading the mindshare in our category this year and beyond  
  • Partner with sales, product and exec leaders to identify revenue opportunities and continually hone our marketing efficiencies
  • Manage annual marketing budget, optimizing investment to blow away quarterly pipeline and revenue targets 
  • Oversee marketing analytics and ops to insure we’re on target to deliver enough pipeline and closed/won, and to drive better business decisions
  • Support CRO on key team and business decisions through data analysis and marketing best practices
  • Lead the marketing team organizational design and hire top talent. 


Shared Responsibilities
 

  • Proactively innovate new awareness and demand generation activities in partnership with CRO and executive team
  • Partner with CPO to align quarterly GTM communications 
  • Work with CRO, CSM and Sales leaders to develop world class sales enablement and customer enablement collateral 


Key KPI’s
 

  • Awareness, site engagement, pipeline and closed/won growth of global ABM account list 
  • Supercharge awareness in our two new growth markets - Americas and APAC.   Measured by growth in monthly pipeline and closed/won 
  • Improve visitor to MQL to SQL conversion on SS.com 
  • Improve ad effectiveness as measured by growth of test programs, and ROI per channel improvements
